Journey with MAVUK

Stanimir's connection with MAVUK began in 2016, when he joined the organisation in a project development capacity, immediately bringing fresh energy, creative ideas, and strategic clarity to the charity's operations.

Recognising the depth and breadth of his contributions, he was appointed Director of Operations in January 2020, a role in which he has continued to grow, innovate, and lead with distinction.

In April 2025, he was further appointed as Secretary and Trustee of MAVUK, a reflection of the organisation's confidence in his leadership, his governance capabilities, and his unwavering dedication to MAVUK's mission.

2016 — Joined MAV UK in a project development capacity.
2020 — Appointed Director of Operations.
2020 — Launched the new MAV UK website.
2021 — Developed new MAV UK branding, visual identity and slogan.
2022 — Laid groundwork for Project Smiles UK.
2025 — Appointed Secretary and Trustee of MAV UK.
