Dear Committee Members, Project Leaders and community members.

As we prepare for our upcoming Annual General Meeting, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the MAV UK management team. My first year as Chairperson has been greatly supported by those who have stood alongside me.

As many of you know, my mother—the founder of this charity—passed away four months before I stepped back into this role following Pauline Sergeant’s 13-year tenure. While this period has been emotionally and physically challenging, it has also highlighted the immense value of our team. I want to thank all committee members and project leaders, including our newest members, for the unique contributions you have made. Your support has been a source of strength for me during this time of personal loss and transition.

I would like to cordially invite you all to the Annual General Meeting for Mothers Against Violence. During this meeting, we will review the previous year ending March 2025 and discuss future initiatives, including the development of Hulme Centre Hall.
